Before you come, I need to be sure that the Tour is completely booked
as I will start
to book for the hotels.
As all of my Tours include
- Transfer from the Airport to the Hotel and from the Hotel to the Airport
- Hotels ( Bed only )
- Cars with fuel and drivers
- Entrance of Parks and Reserves
- Guide Assistance who is going to be me personally
- Boatmen for canoeing
- Dug out canoes for the river trip
- Food and mineral water for 2 or 3 nights camping ( Along the River or in Mountain )
- Porters for Mountain hikes
A No Show during the touristy season will be charged at 100% by the Hotels.
I ask for 30% OF THE COST OF YOUR TOUR AS A DEPOSIT, THIS MONEY WILL COVER YOUR HOTELS and the money I will spend for Booking.
When you book the tour, I will give you my bank account number to transfer the deposit. You also can transfer the deposit on www.moneybookers.com.
The rest of the money will be paid at your arrival
